 Quincy South Shore AIDS Cares


Quincy/South Shore AIDS Cares is a service of Manet Community Health Center, and is located at Quincy Medical Center. This program that offers case management services for men, women and families affected by HIV and AIDS.

QSSAC is part of Manet's broader HIV/AIDS Prevention, Screening and Referral Services, which serve clients from Quincy, Hull, Weymouth, Braintree, Milton, Canton, Cohasset, Hingham, Milton, Norwell, Norwood, Quincy, Randolph, Scituate, and Sharon and other southeast regional communities as needed and appropriate.

Manet’s HIV Program Director, Case Managers, Prevention Specialists, and Peer Advocate help ensure a seamless portal, continuity, and continuous access and care for patients. Program partners, including Quincy Medical Center, help to provide a coordinated and integrated regional network of response and referral services to the area’s at-risk population – keeping care local, high quality  and accessible.

Manet’s Medical Case Management and Prevention & Screening programs bundle together to make a comprehensive HIV Program at Manet. Medical Case Management funding is provided by The Boston Public Health Commission, Ryan White Part A. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Infectious Disease, Office of HIV /AIDS supports Manet’s HIV Prevention and Screening efforts.

QSSAC Services include:

Quincy/South Shore AIDS Cares offers free, confidential, HIV testing on Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm at Quincy Medical Center, 114 Whitwell Street, Quincy, MA. Walk-ins are welcome, or to schedule a confidential appointment, call Quincy/South Shore AIDS Cares at 617-376-5462.
